Described as “a phenomenon” by Le Monde, the French pianist and composer Jean-Frédéric Neuburger turned heads at the 2008 Verbier Festival with this solo program of Beethoven’s beloved “Hammerklavier” Sonata and selections from Chopin’s Études, Op. 10. At the time a young virtuosic talent breaking onto the international classical music scene, Neuburger has won continuing international acclaim in the realms of both composition and piano performance, recently premiering his Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Orchestre philharmonique de Radio-France in February 2018.
