Besides the direct relationship between “foreign bodies” and medicine, the time in which this polyptych was created was a period filled with questions (the late fifteenth century), when the future of human beings was thought of in a mystical way, so as to escape from a difficult reality. This can be paralleled with our time, where the precariousness of man in a wider sense, and social and human upheaval, all generate real conflicts that send us on a widespread spiritual quest... Kader Attou’s dance questions “the human condition ”. His extremely rich vocabulary unveils a dancing humanity, where relationships between beings alternate between delicate, confrontational and poetic. It is an international project, set up in France, India, Brazil, Algeria, Ivory Coast, seeking to find crossover points between cultures and aesthetics, to build, through dance, a space for dialogue that questions the future.
