Last interviews with Serge Peretti, the Italien korybante.
Born in Venice in 1905, Serge Peretti trained at the Paris Opera School and joined the Ballet just after his graduation. In 1941, he became the first man to receive the title of "étoile" principal dancer. Considered one of the most outstanding artists of his generation, he took the direction of the principal dancers class at the Paris Opera where he handed down his elegant style and technical mastery.
This ultimate interview with a man who worked with the greatest artists, such as Michel Fokine, Léo Staats, Bronislava Nijinska, Lycette Darsonval and Serge Lifar, gives to the public the chance to meet a man who dedicated his life to ballet and to the teaching of his art.
