Since its inaugural edition in 2002, the Arts Florissants’s Academy for young artists, called “le Jardin des Voix”, has become one of the premiere French professional vocal ensembles. Over the course its existance, its leader William Christie has been able to train “a new generation of singers who became performers and passionate defenders of the baroque repertoire”. Among them are stars like Sonya Yoncheva, Christophe Dumaux, Emmanuelle de Negri, and Amel Brahim-Djellou.
