Hungarian violinist and professor at London's Royal Academy of Music Gyorgy Pauk works with Gennaro Cardaropoli on the Sarabande from Johann Sebastian Bach's Violin Partita No. 2.
Bach's Partita No. 2 in D minor, written between 1717 and 1720, is the best known of his six solo violin works. Each of the work's five movements takes a different dance form–Allemande, Courante, Sarabande, Gigue, and Chaconne–and the D minor Partita's fame is in large part due to its final magnificent Chaconne.
